1. Diverse Community Group Leaders (DCGL) Topic

• Supports community engagement and co-production efforts.

• Enables discussions with community leaders on project implementation.

• Ensures feedback from participants informs the development of the haPPIE SHE Cares pathway.

1. CHEATA / NICE META Topic

• Facilitates collaboration with CHEATA to integrate expertise in digital mental health interventions.

• Supports the evaluation of digital tools used within the haPPIE SHE Cares model.

• Aligns technological solutions with project objectives to enhance accessibility and impact.

1. Implementation Topic

• Oversees the rollout and practical application of haPPIE SHE Cares initiatives.

• Tracks progress against project timelines and ensures effective delivery.

Project Manager’s Role
